Admission Process 

Each prospective Bright Minds Academy family must take the following steps to complete the application process: 

• Parent & Student Tour: 

Prospective parents are required to begin the admissions process with a private tour of the school. Private tours of the school can be scheduled directly with the school director. 

• Application:

 Interested families must submit an inquiry for their child through our website. (www.brightmindskid.com)

• Student Assessment and Tryout: 

Prospective students will meet with teachers for an informal discussion of procedures, expectations, and objectives while trying out. During this time, students will be assessed to determine the most suitable placement for them.

• Forms: Link

All required forms must be submitted before the first day of school.

• Waiting List: 

A nonrefundable deposit of $500 is required to be on the waitlist. If the child is accepted to our program, the deposit will be applied to the first month tuition. The deposit will be refunded only if Bright Minds Academy is not able to offer a spot to the child.
