Tuition for the 2025-26 school year is divided into 10 equal installments. We have evenly distributed the total cost throughout the school year. You will not be billed for any days when the class is unavailable or closed.
*For 3 Days enrollment, either Monday or Friday must be one of their days, while the remaining two days can be selected from the other available days
Guidelines:
- A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to reserve a spot. Deposit will be applied to the first month of tuition.
- $100 one time registration fee & $150 yearly material fee is collected on the first day of enrollment.
- There is no prorated tuition for sick days, vacation days, holidays, or any other absences.
- 30 days written notice is required for withdrawal or schedule changes.
- If more than one child of the same household is enrolled concurrently, a child with lower tuition will receive a 10% sibling discount.
- Payment methods must be auto setup through our parent portal using one of the following options:
- ACH transfer
- Credit Card (w/ 3% processing fee)
- We offer a 5 minute grace period at drop off/pick up, after the 5 minutes a fee of $10/up to 30 minutes will be charged.
- There is no grace period for after 6pm, after closing hours (6pm) an additional $10/1 minute will be charged.
- Before and after school childcare is available to all Bright Minds families who need additional care out of their child’s school time with 24 hours advance notice.
- Time: 8-9am or 3-6pm
- Rate: $15/hour
